Sipaapuni Abstracts

Sipaapuni (See-pah-puu-nee) In Hopi mythology, the opening in the sky that led to the successive worlds that the Hopi passed through; place of emergence. Physically represented in the daily lives of the Hopis by a small hole, covered most of the time, in the floor of kivas.
